Susan is a Partner with Simon-Kucher in the United States. She specializes in leading global revenue growth transformation, including developing pricing strategies for complex product portfolios for consumer goods and retail companies.
Susan is the author of the eBook "It's Time For eCommerce to Grow Up". Her comments on retailer dynamics, consumer pricing and shopping behavior have appeared in media channels such as The Wall Street Journal, ABC News, TIME, Forbes, Inc., Internet Retailer, Retail Leader, etc. She has been a speaker at various prominent business schools and industry conferences, including Yale school of management, Babson College and Professional Pricing Society.
Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, Susan worked across categories at Procter & Gamble. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration at MIT Sloan, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University.
