Damien Robert is a Partner in the Transportation, Leisure and Tourism Competence Center in Paris where he leads projects for major players in the tourism, car rental, leisure and transportation businesses.
After graduating from SUPAERO, the leading French Aerospace Engineering School, he started his career with Simon-Kucher & Partners in the Bonn office in 2001 before joining the Paris team. Before rejoining the company in 2008, he spent several years as Head of Strategic and Promotional Pricing for Disneyland Paris. There, he led a full product and price review related to the 15th anniversary celebration of Disney’s presence in Europe.
He specializes in the development and implementation of breakthrough marketing and pricing strategies for international B2C companies. He has strong experience in customer segmentation, new product development, pricing scheme optimization, revenue management and decision support tool development. Thanks to his combined industry and consulting experience, he is also very knowledgeable in the areas of value management organization and processes redesign.
Damien Robert has written many articles in tourism magazine such as Strategos or Espace Tourisme & Loisirs, as well as in pricing publications like the Professional Pricing Society Newsletter.
